The Forest Learning project saw the creation of 7 educational virtual reality experiences, exploring the supply chain of pine and spotted gum products in Australia. These virtual reality experiences take the user on a journey from the seed through to the final wood product being used to create building materials, paper, and more. The ForestVR custom VR and Mobile application was created to showcase the virtual reality experiences and to assist teachers to use these teaching resources in the classroom.

Objectives

To create and provide educators with free teaching resources relevant to the Australian Curriculum and with a focus on Australian forests and sustainable timber products.
