- Hosted two hands-on workshops with the SA German Teachers’ Association members to increase their skills and knowledge of virtual excursions
- Provided a workbook and step-by-step instructions to build a virtual excursion for their classroom, and the confidence to use a virtual tour creation tool in the classroom with their students
- Worked with each teacher to create a virtual excursion to Germany that they could take back to the classroom and use with their students, as well as access to VRTY, a virtual tour creation tool
Objectives
- Empower German language teachers with the skills and knowledge to create virtual excursions
- Provide full guidance as well as tips and tricks to create immersive virtual tours
