So if you put spatial computing together with immersive analytics, I think you have something pretty special. Finding a problem that such a combination solves is where your need to put your attention. On farm, the problem might be comprehending the data or making decisions faster, but is that a real problem? I love looking at data in 3D, especially the concept of a 3D digital twin of a farm, but I am on a mission to unravel how such expose to data can in fact solve real world problems.
My goal was to find, try, and question Immersive Analytics, and to my surprise there was very little to see, and even less geo-positioned data, unless you are in mapped major cities.
One of the highlights was Jason from FLOW Immersive, who encouraged us to start talking to ChatGPT about Data Analytics. His session on The Future of Dataviz is Augmented Reality with AI was brilliant.
I learnt you can just drop a graphic of statistics into ChatGPT and it summaries it for you!
Statistics Summary for FarmVR (July 1-31, 2024)

- Germany had the most unique devices with 50, suggesting a broad user base in the region.
